John Gerlach is a Certified Family Business Specialist, a designation of The American College, Bryn Mahr, PA. Small business clients are provided expertise in the areas of employee benefit design, including health insurance, life insurance, disability income insurance, long term care insurance and retirement plans. Business continuation plans are designed for the benefit of the owners and their employees to assure the continuation of the business under the contingency of key employee(s)and/or owner(s) dying or suffering disability.



Individual clients are provided expertise in the areas of family income continuation, estate planning, wealth accumulation strategies and retirement planning. This is accomplished by performing a thorough review of the existing programs, an analysis of financial objectives, and an evaluation of attitudes and feelings toward various aspects of risk assumption and management. Following this rewiew, recommendations of programs, products and services designed to meet the needs of the client are made.  He is also a Chartered Advisor for Senior Living, a designation earned from the American College, Bryn Mahr, PA.



Periodic reviews are performed to assure that these insurance and investment strategies continue to meet the client's objectives.
